When I was growing up, I always thought Democrats were supposed to be champions of the little guy and defenders of humanity. I remember idolizing our martyred 35th president and wondering why my dad hated Democrats so much. Well, like many Republicans my age, it took a while, (and a hefty dose of reality), to realize many Democrats were full of crap and a bunch of hypocrites who ultimately set the table for the radical takeover we’re seeing today. But I believe it’s much worse than that. There’s an ideological struggle for the soul of this nation going on that many didn’t see coming and frankly, never would have imagined. Mind you, I’m just theorizing here, but I believe President Kennedy would have been speechless listening to the ignorant rantings of an Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez or Rashida Tlaib. He would have likely embraced the “me too” movement, but firmly condemned the abortion law recently signed by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. Moreover, it’s even more likely that JFK the war hero, who was no stranger to the courage and sacrifice necessary to preserve our liberty and way of life, would have been sickened by the messaging and agenda of his beloved Democrat Party and what that messaging and agenda would mean for his children and grandchildren in their time.
Be under no illusions fellow Americans. We are living through unprecedented and extraordinarily dangerous times and our young ones coming of age are wondering if they will ever know the country of their fathers and grandfathers… Let that sink in…
